About StartABusiness.Center
Hi there, my name is Tim Donahue. I’ve been involved in the startup world building, running, advising and selling businesses for about 25 years.
I created StartABusiness.Center for one reason:
To help entrepreneurs learn out how to start a business with minimal risk – while educating about the path to owning a successful business.
In short, I want to help you fast track your journey.
I’ve been mentoring hundreds of entrepreneurs through the excellent SCORE organization for years. Before that, I’d been helping friends and friends of friends at informal coffee shop meetings after they asked me for business guidance and help since word got around that I had a fair amount of experience.
In short, I’ve “worn all the hats” as they say.

I’ve learned that most entrepreneurs are not well-educated about many of the most critical decisions that need to be made when considering or starting a business.
My goal is to demystify the process and break down the pieces and parts of starting a business into easy to understand chunks, which once understood, will guide you as you explore your startup or startup idea.
